  1. Physical plant: Now is the time to review the work schedule you developed in the spring. How are projects progressing? Will the major goals be accomplished in time?

  2. School Board: Several things to consider here.

  3. Will you prepare professional development offerings for your board? This is a good area to network with other administrators and statewide charter organizations to see what is available. It may be a little late for this summer but it is something to consider for the academic year.

  4. Board Goal Setting activity. Plan an extended meeting to discuss board goals and get them firmed up so you can help them get a clearer picture of their role.

  5. Now is the time to have the board approve your goals and establish performance expectations for you. See Staff Evaluation & Goal Setting Item #2.
