The future of strong public charter schools rests in the development of capable and competent educational leaders.

At times you don’t need a Mentor, you just need someone to listen as you share your school related thoughts and questions. Send your questions and we will be happy to post them on the site for other administrators to respond. We welcome your call and will be happy to discuss specifics of what you are dealing with. Issues posed here should me more of a short term in nature. If we are not able to resolve your question we will contact other veterans in the field that can either call or respond to you by e-mail. We are also available to visit in person if that is appropriate.

As a veteran charter school administrator, you have an opportunity to share what you have learned with future leaders. This link was conceived with a goal of connecting veterans with emerging leaders. As questions are posed we will need experienced administrators capable of resolving complex issues, ask clarifying questions or direct the person to another source to resolve problem. Some issues may be shared with a broader audience at subsequent meetings, or archived under Hot Topics.

We are excited to see ways this networking effort can be put to use. All participants will benefit, regardless of status. We encourage you to give careful thought to your part.
