Regardless of your level of experience there is much to be learned from one another when we partner and listen. Many of you have had the benefit of good mentors. Public education is an interesting mix of conformity, building on the success of others while adding your own twist and originality to the work. If you are a veteran charter or traditional administrator, please consider making yourself available to help emerging public school leaders. We will be in contact with administrators to recruit you to help identify goals and develop mentor training and support mechanism. Please let us know your thoughts and interest.         

 Mentors: 

Getting through those first few years can be a challenge. If you have run a successful school for at least five years we encourage you to consider being a mentor. We have spoken with many of you about this concept and will contact you to get involved. Together we can help charter school leaders shorten the learning curve and transition from entry level to veteran. The result will be more quality schools.

Protégé:

Too often freshmen administrators make mistakes they will pay for in ways they can not imagine. If you would appreciate having someone you could call to discuss issues and provide suggestions specific to your school search no more. We will make every effort to match you up with a mentor to support you throughout the academic year. Please contact us if you are interested. We will be happy to answer any questions.
