Are you a charter school Operations Director, Operations Manager, HR Manager, Business Manager, Food Service Director, Transportation Coordinator, Office Manager, IT Coordinator, or have one of the myriad other job titles that are involved with the day-to-day operations of the school? Or, do you aspire to be? If so, this program is for you!

Introducing the CharterSource Operations Professional Studies (OPS) Program, a 10-month learning opportunity designed specifically for charter school operations professionals seeking specialized training and recognition for their expertise. This comprehensive program offers over 100 hours of competency-based learning and includes:

• In-Person Program Kickoff, Mid-Year, and Closing Workshops: Connect with your peers in person for hands-on learning opportunities.
• Individualized Learning: Self-assess and develop a plan to apply your learning to practical challenges in your school setting. 
• Peer Learning Community: Engage with fellow participants to share insights and best practices. 
• Individual & Small Group Coaching from Operations Experts: Receive guidance and support from experienced operations pros throughout your journey. 
• Deep Dive Assessments & Activities: Test your understanding and reinforce your learning.
• Final Capstone Project: Showcase your skills and knowledge by addressing a real issue at your current school. 
• Resource Library stocked with tools and templates to make your every day a bit easier!
