At CharterSource, we understand the importance of having a diverse blend of skills and experiences that matches the strategic direction of a school. We seek professionals who can bring their expertise and commitment to ensure education equity for all Minnesota students.

 

This search process is a collaboration between the named search committee members and CharterSource in which we co-design the search strategy. This co-designed process is a collaboration anchored in community inputs and guidance, compliance, and executive search project management. We will assist with defining an effective search strategy and ensure workflow. Although our project management services encompass most aspects of a professional search firm, our role is as facilitators of the process remaining neutral and focused on guiding the committee/board to a final candidate.

Phase I: Search Committee Vision and Planning

We launch the process with your team collaboratively designing the hiring strategy, hiring plan, communication strategy, and compensation philosophy.

 

Phase II: Material Management

Integral to the process is gaining input from staff, educators, caregivers, leadership, board, and other relevant personnel. Analysis of the trends helps inform the evaluation criteria, interview rubric, and job description. 

Phase III: Interviews and Selection Process

From the selection of job posting sites to canvassing prospective candidates, we facilitate the preparations for fielding potential candidates. We manage the logistics for the interview process so you can focus on connecting and identifying the best-aligned candidate for your organization.
